Degen Skull NFT License

License Scope: Limited Commercial Rights

By owning a Degen Skull NFT, you are granted the following rights:

Permitted Uses

  • Personal Use You may display your NFT for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., profile picture, social media, print for home display).

  • Limited Commercial Use You may use the artwork associated with your specific NFT to create and sell merchandise, media, or derivative works, up to a maximum of $100,000 USD in gross revenue per year.

Prohibited Uses

  • You may not use the name “Degen Skull,” the base skull artwork, the Degen Skull logo, or any other trademarks owned by the project for commercial purposes.

  • You may not imply affiliation, endorsement, or partnership with the Degen.fyi or Degen Skull project or its team without express written permission.

  • You may not register or attempt to register any trademarks derived from your NFT or the base skull design.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All underlying intellectual property—including the base skull design, logo, collection name, and branding elements—is the exclusive property of XDEX Labs, Inc

NFT holders are granted a limited license to use the artwork, but do not own the copyright or trademark to the image or any portion of the Degen Skulls brand.
